Mark,
The file seems to be "locked" (in-use).

Mark,
By the way, Microsoft recommends to use VBRun60sp6.exe to install the VB
core runtime files (e.g. Msvbvm60.dll).

Im not surprised. However, most system dlls like the vb runtime are ALWAYS
in use. Wise never complained about copying it into the installer.

Mark,
If it is "locked" than I believe Wise can also not "open" this file. What
happens if you use Windows Explorer to copy this file to a temporary
location? Does this work? Error -200 is reported if the Windows CreateFile
API (to open a file) fails.

Mark,
Just tested this on XP Pro and Home. If MSVBVM60.DLL is not in-use, both
SB5 and Wise can add the file. If MSVBVM60.DLL is in-use (locked), neither
SB5 nor Wise 9 can add the file.
