Suggestion for warning

Might be worth noting during compile to warn the user to add a setup types
dialog if there are setup types in the install.

Ditto for features and the feature dialog.

I think this would confuse users. Even if you are using Features and Setup
Types, no need to add a Feature and/or Setup Types dialog.

Not sure what I did wrong yesterday. I couldnt see the types until I added
the types dialog and maybe the custom install dialog, I dont recall
specifically. Ive spent a lot of time over the last 4-5 days going in
circles, so maybe I need to step away from it for a while. I should know
that when it takes me 5 days to make an install (and I still have not been
successful in getting rid of the Wise install) that something is wrong.
