View Full Version : Execution Level

Hi All,
I have the execution level set to requireAdministrator. Is this correct?

Does it have anything to do with the level of the user?

The reason I am asking is I am going to have to refund a customer because
she is getting the error "Access denyed." This is a computer or network
security problem.

There IT person installed it on her workstation, I am guessing logged in as
himself. But she can not access it.

Am I doing something incorrect?

I am using version 6.6.2016 of SetupBuilder.

I know the user has a 64bit server and the program would not run on it at
all, so they installed it on her workstation. Now she can not run it.

Thanks in advance,
Bob

Bob,

requireAdministrator is correct. But this is only used on Vista and Windows
Server 2008 machines. It does not do anything on XP, 2000, etc. machines.

I though so because I have not had any problem with other programs or
customers.

The problem is on there end and there is nothing that I can do about it...

Thanks,
Bob
