Before I get to whining I want qualify it by saying I'm not asking for this
right now, but when you come to a point you can put some effort into it
straightening this stuff out would be much appreciated.
We really need a repeat last search key.
The search dialog really needs to be hidden on repeat searches. This one is
a huge PITA, esp. in combination with the return to BOF thing. The search
dialog often partially obscures a found line, so it has to be closed to read
the line. The only way to repeat a search is to start a new search, which
adds the needless distraction of dealing with the search dialog again. I'm
finding my tiny brain is completely unable to retain any context or feel for
code flow dealing with the dialog. Add the BOF thing to that and I'm ready to
go back to batch files and floppy diskettes.
One day when you're really bored, can you give a thought to searching across
included scripts, too.
