Setup dies with Application exception at runtime

Friedrich,

I've got a setup that reliably dies with an AE at runtime. I've got the
DrWtsn32 log, the exe, and the scripts preserved for you. You've seen my
work, so I don't know how you can recreate the environment to build and run
the thing. The exe is 17+ MB, so I'm not going to just email it to you. I can
make the whole mess, or any part of it, available via FTP, if you like.

Do you know when it dies?

What we can do is to use the script debugger to find out where and when it
dies. But I fixed some debugger bugs in our latest internal source code, so
I don't know if #1130 can debug your script.

Pretty much. Here's a note I wrote for myself:

I had run this one through the debugger earlier yesterday. It seemed to work.

I just ran this through the debugger. When it died, it took the IDE with it,
which one would suspect.
