String resource problem in 1151

Friedrich,

Deleted SB5.lic. Upgraded to 1151 and recompiled an existing script. Dialogs
now display the resource identifier. For example, the Welcome dialog displays
#RSC DLG WELCOME TEXT#, which is used for Instructions, and the license
agreement displays #DLG LICENSE AGREEMENT#, rather than the RTF.

There was a compiler modification in #1151 to allow both text resources and
plain text. But I cannot reproduce the resource identifier problem :-( Do
you have a small test script available?
