the ongoing saga of xp Manifest

Ok, unchecked ALL in ALL dll's xp manifest, none of them say include, or
create.

deleted obj files, and lib files.

recompiled,

went into the SB6 and removed the instance of the file,

added it back in and still get the errorcode 50 , anyone got a new clue
here?
