in the last update, seems that on creating a new script, the DLG_* variables
have no values, something missing?
something didnt' get installed correctly, any suggestions?
2) I am trying to install or create an install for a VS2005 set of apps. one
of the issues is STDOLE is not in the GAC on the computer I am installing
into. I have the Gacutil, gacinstall.exe and can run it I guess. but it
would be nice, to have a setup that looks for that and installs it if
needed.
thanks.

And where do you this this one <g> What are "DLG_*" variables and how/where
do you use it?

SetupBuilder does not need Gacutil. It can register into the GAC without
that tool! You are not allowed to redistribute Gacutil and it is NOT
AVAILABLE on most machines!

Seems to me that the language modules (.lng) are missing or not accessible.
They are located in the \Languages subfolder.
Perhaps "something" removed the files from your machine?

Andy,
Nothing changed in this IDE area and we have not received any similar
report. I have not opened a ticket yet because it seems to be machine
specific. Perhaps there is a problem with your machine? Remember the
strange Clarion manifest issue (btw, is this solved now?).

Andy,
I tried everything to reproduce it - no luck. Could you please send me the
English language module (.lng) and your sb6.lic located in C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Application Data\Lindersoft\SetupBuilder 6 folder?
Thanks,

Andy,
Please try the following from within the SetupBuilder IDE:
Tools | Options... -> Select the "Languages" tab.
Highlight "LCID 1033 - Engish (US)" and press the Default button. Then
press OK.
BTW, if you are running Vista, please start the IDE with "Run as
administrator..."
Does this make a difference?

a Long time ago yes, but moved it to the C drive when I changed machines, I
used pcMove so that may be the culprit as it didn't change the drive. is
that in a file I can edit?
