Conditions to fail Clarion template registration?

Hi,
I'm using SB5 #1177 to distribute a template. I made the script to register it in Clarion. In my machine works perfect (XP SP2, over 5.5 and 6.2) but on a client machine it just open Clarion and nothing else happens (W2000 SP4 over 6.1).
Any idea on why this can be happen? May be an OS issue?

Jorge,

Perhaps DDE commands are blocked on your clients machine (caused by an active virus scanner, spyware scanner, etc.). The installer has to communicate via DDE with the Clarion IDE.
