On 30-May-2005 I described the following in 1151:
"...recompiled an existing script. Dialogs now display the resource
identifier. For example, the Welcome dialog displays #RSC DLG WELCOME TEXT#,
which is used for Instructions, and the license agreement displays #DLG
LICENSE AGREEMENT#, rather than the RTF."
I have the identical behavior in 1180.
There is no sample script. The behavior seems to occur when a pre-existing
script used with an earlier build is recompiled in 1180.
