In some install programs there is a screen, make this program available to
all users or just this users
How can I add that to my setup builder install script?

I have been asked by a few customers how to make sure there is an icon for
all users (or just for a certain user)

All Users is the default now in all major installation authoring systems.
You should not provide per-user installations any longer because of Vista
and Windows Server 2008.
