Help with RED file changes and Setup Builder 6

Hi All!

I'm trying to get a setup together using Setup Builder 6 and want to follow
the c3pa standards as best I can.

On that note, I need to modify the RED file for 3rdParty during my installs.

I just wonder if anyone would like to share what they may have done to
modify the RED file during 3rd party installs or give me some direction.
