changing System Path

How do I append a directory to the system Path ?

I don't mean the PATH variable, I need to change the registry in
W200/XP so that the Path will be changed permanently .

How do I do it with SB 5.1 ?

Oh, now I see why I could not find it : It's available only in the
developper's edition !

Strange choice you made ..... why Pro version does not have this
feature ?

Well, I could make it part of Pro, but then I had to increase the
price for Professional Edition to $399 ;-) Some power features
are only available in the Developer Edition.
