Uninstall Program Folder

I have just started using SB5 Developer, so please excuse my ignorance, but I have noticed that after an uninstall, the Program Folder created to place the program shortcuts in remains on the system.
Am I doing something wrong? I tried to figure this out, and noticed that there isn't an option in the Program Folder Properties to uninstall. How can I get rid of this?
