Copy Shortcut prob

Hi Friedrich

If I create a shortcut and then try to copy it to say the desktop section in
shortcuts, it creates a new folder and doesnt copy the shortcut. (latest
version thats been downloaded)

Steps: In shortcuts I created a folder under the program section, then
created a shortcut. Havent saved the SB6 yet though.

Hmm, works fine here. I create a Shortcut folder under Programs, then a new
Shortcut. I select that newly created Shortcut, right-click and and select
"Copy". I select the Desktop item, right-click and select "Paste".

Hi Friedrich

I just tried it again and cant reproduce it but I've only done added a file
to apps folder, then shortcuts, added new folder under programs then a
shortcut to the folder, then copy shortcut and that works.

So I'll see if I can remember exactly what I did yesterday.

I know when I did the copy n paste yesterday I tried it a few times but I'd
been in front of the pc all day so it could have been I was just looking at
the folder icon that appears in the shortcut properties window and been
assuming its a folder there when I would have been expecting to see the
shortcut icon. <g>
