View Full Version : Adding recursive folders and files

I must be missing something here.

I have a list of folders and subfolders with files in each folder. I have to
add every older one by one to achieve an install.

Yes, I can drag the top level folder on the left hand side to my list of
application folders but this simply copies the folder structure but not the
files.

So how do I copy all the folders and files.

Hope this makes sense. If not perhaps the attached screenshot helps.

BTW this is a must really because the addition of the new editor in File
Explorer makes this necessary with all the recursive folders required for
installation.

TIA

Hi John,

On the left click the SECOND button under the folder structure THEN add the
folders. All the files will be included as well - see black arrow on
screenshot.

Best regards,

Exactly what Arnór said. As a quick note, there is also a dynamic built-in
on-the-fly recurse subfolders feature (see attached screenshot).

In the "Source Folder" entry field define the top source folder. In the 2nd
and 3rd entry fields define the include and exclude file(s). Wildcards are
supported.
