SetupBuilder 5 Dev. -- Target Dir not writable or accessible

Just now starting to move some installs from SB4 to SB5. Managed to get the
new installer to work with iDeploy installation, but when I added the script
to the install that puts wupdate.exe into the install package, I keep
getting the error:

"The target directory is not writable or accessible. The installation
cannot continue."

First thought was that the %_SB_INSTALLDIR% wasn't getting primed early
enough or properly. But no matter how much I tinker with that, it doesn't
help.

Any ideas?

Check where it's pulling wupdate.exe from? I just put wupdate.exe
into the same folder as my exe etc.
