IMPROVEMENT: Add "Private Key Password" field to the Digital Signature grid
to automatically fill the code signing password pop-up window.

IMPROVEMENT: [SB#602081] HTML Build Report displays "Support Files" now.

FIX : [SB#602051] The code signing information in the Options dialog
did not set the default values for new projects.

FIX : Possible "Add File(s)" problem if one or more files already
existed in the script.

CHANGE : HTML Build Report is generated even if no "Install File" is
defined.

CHANGE : Minor HTML Build Report modification (make the headers of the
File Section bold).
