If he buys SetupBuilder 6 Developer Edition including a 1-year Maintenance

To install SQL Server Express 2008, you only have to integrate the original
SQLEXPR_x86_ENU.exe redistributable.

We have the original include script for the "IP Data Server (Version 1.4)"
available.

I am not sure what the latest version is (2.0?). If you are interested, I
can contact SoftVelocity to find out if it works with the latest build.

IPDS is very easy to deploy. You only have to install the IP Data Server
Files (Claipdat.exe, Libeay32.dll, etc.) and start the "SoftVelocity IP Data
Server" service. SetupBuilder supports this functionality "out of the box".
